This Simple Meditation Hack Changes Everything

Meditation isn’t always easy at first. There’s so much mindset chatter going on that it can be almost impossible to relax the mind. Sometimes you just want to say ‘shutup I’m meditating!’. But what’s happening here is that your brain is reviewing all your active files. If your mind stays too active during this process, then you don’t get the real benefits of meditation.

So today I’m going to reveal a little simple meditation hack that will change how you approach your meditation.

But first, it requires us to understand the brainwaves. You see, depending on what we are doing, our brain is running at a particular frequency. These brain wave frequencies are broken into ranges – from highest to lowest: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta. I’m not going to go into too much detail, but suffice to say that we spend most of our daily lives in the Beta state. The Alpha state is when we start tapping into our subconscious mind and we usually enter this state when we first drift off to sleep. You’ll get the most benefit from meditation when your mind enters this state. But the challenge, is how do we get there?

The secret is a little bit of technology called binaural beats. Binaural beats basically is an audio technology that forces the mind into the Alpha state by playing separate tones into each ear. This means you need stereo headphones for this to work. Your brain picks up the separate tones which results is a low pitch beating sound. This sound forces your brain into the lower brainwave.
